The location was comfy and unbeatable for first-time visitors to Hartland. The staff, everyone, was very friendly and attentive. We got a nicely furnished and large room with a microwave, fridge, as well as 2 TVs.

Great way to end our vacation. Outstanding meal and excellent service. Nice pool to relax in too.

The breakfast was very good, at a 3-star level. the room was well furnished with handicap accessibility. - the king-size bed was great. - Snacks were provided as expected. - the location in front of the reception area was comfortable and convenient.

The rooms are impeccably clean with 2 TVs, lovely artwork, and comfortable beds, plus it's conveniently located next to an office building.

The staff members were very friendly. Really enjoyed our well-kept room equipped with a great king-size bed, wonderful features, and attractive artwork. Everything was fine, including nice room decor.

It has amazing and good rooms to offer with attractive artwork on the walls, coffeemaker and microwave fridge. The staff is super and wonderful, an absolute asset to this the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed. First and foremost, the staff at the check-in counter were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. They efficiently handed me my room key, ID, and credit card back, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

I can't think of a better place than the Best Western of Hartland. The staff was extremely helpful and the pool was excellent. Plus, there's a nearby Jimmy John's where you can grab a quick bite just a short walk from the hotel.
